£11.80 - £12.80 p/h DOE
Minimum of 6 months Contract. Possibility of permanency at the end of this term.
9am-5pm, 3 days per week (flexibility on which days) plus occasional paid overtime or time off in lieu according to business needs
Office Based, Chester Business Park. Occasional travel to our homes across NW England and into Wales

Sandstone Care Group is a renowned provider of care homes, known for maintaining unparalleled standards of care across its portfolio of eight residential facilities located in the Northern regions of England and Wales.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a confident and friendly individual with great customer service (or entry-level recruitment) skills to join Sandstone Care Group on a temporary basis, where you will be supporting our Customer Care Department with the recruitment of high-quality care staff for our homes. This is not a traditional telephone-based role You will develop skills and knowledge in areas including recruitment, marketing, interviewing and relationship-management.

As a forward-looking and ambitious provider of care homes, we have achieved remarkable growth since our establishment in 2019. With a portfolio comprising eight highly respected residential and nursing homes, along with several upcoming projects, we are in search of a similarly dynamic and diligent individual. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that we bring on board only the finest individuals to provide dedicated care and support to our residents.

As a Recruitment Resourcer with Sandstone Care Group, your role may involve:
Coordinating interviews for Home Managers and providing feedback to applicants
Posting new job vacancy adverts onto the recruitment software
Qualifying current job vacancies within each home on a weekly basis
Carrying out new starter wellbeing ‘check-ins' to support staff retention
Spending large portions of the day on the phone

What are we looking for?

Computer literate with the ability to quickly learn bespoke packages
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrable experience in previous customer service roles
Confident with handling/making a high volume of phone calls
Motivated, organised and able to manage own time effectively
The compassion and positivity required to work in the care sector
