As a Marketing Associate at FOCUS ACCOUNTANTS LTD, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our business methods, products, services, and target customer groups to identify marketing requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging in discussions with the employer or client to pinpoint marketing needs.
- Establishing appropriate market research methodologies, both quantitative and qualitative, and preparing detailed proposals on programs of work and associated costs.
- Collating, interpreting, and presenting market research findings to clients.
- Collaborating with various departments to suggest changes in design, price, packaging, promotion, etc., based on market research insights.
- Briefing the advertising team on client requirements, monitoring the progress of advertising campaigns, and liaising with clients regarding potential modifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and define marketing requirements through detailed discussions with stakeholders.
- Develop and execute market research plans to gather actionable insights.
- Analyze market research data and present findings to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to refine marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the advertising team to ensure campaigns are aligned with client expectations and adjust strategies based on feedback and results.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in marketing or a similar role, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively sharing insights and strategies.
- Creative and analytical thinker with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
