I am currently recruiting for an IFA Administrator to join a practice in the Sevenoaks area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a new career
As an IFA administrator you will be part of experienced Administrators, Financial Advisers and Directors.
As an IFA Administrator you will be responsible for dealing with a number of administrative tasks and assists independent financial advisers and other established professionals in the finance industry.
**The Administrator is responsible for**:
- Submitting transactions and trade requests including fund switches on and off Platform
- Obtaining illustrations and product literature
- Obtaining Client Portfolio Valuations
- Preparing review packs for client meetings
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and Financial Advisers/Directors
- Liaising with products providers
- Actioning Letters of Authority
- Maintaining accurate client records
**What we are looking for**:
- Minimum of 12 months IFA/Financial Planning Administration experience
- Knowledge of Provider Platforms
- Experience of using XPlan (or similar) CashCalc (or similar) and FE Analytics
- Highly organised
- Ability to work under pressure
- Intermediate Word and Excel user
- 1 years Intelligent Office System user
- Some report writing experience such as R01 and R02 for example.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
