Senior Recruitment Consultant - Temps Desk - Warm Desk

Basic Negotiable

OTE £45,000+ Year 1

Excellent career prospects to become the Temps Team Manager.

Based Rotherham

8-4 or 9-5 Monday to Friday with some flexibility available.

Our client is a well-established recruitment business supporting a good mix of permanent and contract temps clients, based from a busy branch in a great location. The team works hard but enjoys a work-life balance.

They are wishing to appoint an experienced senior recruitment consultant to work with their technical, FM, construction and ad-hoc industrial clients. This is a warm desk, with temp workers already assigned to the ledger.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating lasting client relationships

The role has scope to grow into a team manager role so they are looking for a team player who holds a track record as a strong performer in the recruitment market and who is looking to develop a long-term career. If you can deliver a consistent revenue performance whilst being trusted to act autonomously then they can offer an excellent career path and long-term prospects.

**Qualification**:

- Previous experience as a recruitment consultant is essential s is a full UK driving license.
- Experienced TC who has pace and professionalism
