**Sales Estimator - Architectural Stonework**

Job Title: Sales Estimator - Architectural Stonework

Location: East Midlands Office
Remuneration: £30,000 + bonus

The role of the Sales Estimator - Architectural Stonework will involve:

- Sales Estimator position dealing with a high quality manufactured range of architectural stonework such as garden ornaments, stone planters, plinths, pedestals, water features, fountains, furniture, finials, paving & landscaping
- Dealing with distributors, architects and specifying consultants
- Reviewing drawings and gaining an understanding of projects/requirements
- Producing quotes & take offs
- Following up quotes to convert the sales
- Producing CAD designs / drawings relevant to the project
- Manage the process from enquiry through to after-sales
- Working on projects varying in size from £5k to £150k

The ideal applicant will be Sales Estimator - Architectural Stonework with:

- Must have technical experience within the construction industry
- Ideally working in a technical role such as Designer, Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician, Estimator, CAD Technician or similar
- Ideally will have AutoCAD experience
- Strong relationship builder
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- IT literate and able to use a CRM system
- Hungry, dynamic, hardworking and entrepreneurial personality
