**3PL Stock & Systems Coordinator**

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

We’re hiring for a 3PL Stock & Systems Assistant to join our amazing Transport Team.

The 3PL Stock & Systems Assistant is an entry level role, primarily responsible for assisting the 3PL Stock & Systems Manager with proactive inventory coordination between Beavertown and its 3PL Partners. The 3PL Stock & Systems Coordinator will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve/develop processes to ensure stock levels are maintained and our 3PL partners have the capability to achieve 100% OTIF, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Your success will be measured against our 3PL’s inventory management and their ability to fulfil customer orders whilst maximizing efficiencies.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist with the coordination of inventory management:
Daily review and monitoring of reports.

Ensuring 3PL stock counting is carried out as per agreed process.

Weekly stock rotation checks.

Investigate/challenge discrepancies.

Weekly review of potential SLOB risk.

Carry out regular book to books to ensure stock accuracy across systems.
- On time and accurate planning of transfers in line with packaging plans and forecasting (both internal and external).
- Crucial link between planning, customer support and 3PL providers to improve customer service.
- Assist with 3PL stock audits.
- Actioning next steps following audits, where required.
- Assist Secondary Distribution Pick Notes and Delivery Notes process.
- Compliance

Proactively contribute to maintaining high standards of Health and Safety at Beaverworld and 3PL partners

Raise and assist Customer Operations team with near miss reporting.
- Continuous Improvement

Proactively identify areas for improvement within 3PL stock and system function.

Implement measures to enhance data integrity, productivity, and efficiency in 3PL stock and system management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and streamline processes.
- Metrics

Load efficiency

3PL ability to achieve 100% OTIF

Stock rotation and MLOR

On time planning and transfers

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word - Essential
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Good organisational and planning capabilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle and switch between multiple tasks
- Team player and positive attitude

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Enfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Enfield
