Excellent administrative software skills
Be Organised, detail orientated and excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and people skills with a can do attitude
Good negotiating, influencing and communication skills
Be able to work well under pressure and to adapt and be flexible
CIPS qualified or working towards this qualification and experience within the construction industry is desirable but not essential.
