**The Telesales Account Manager role will involve**:
- Calling our existing business customers, understanding their needs, providing the best solutions for them, and then agreeing / closing the contractual sale with them.
- Growing the customers’ product holding with us quarterly, by establishing their current needs and matching them to suitable products or services from our vast range.
- Being the industry expert - knowing / selling the products with a consultative approach.
- Listening / understanding the root causes of any customer queries and offering solutions to support the customer and retain their valued business.
- Achieving and working towards set targets and KPIs (daily, weekly, periodically)
- You are great at building rapport, with resilience and determination to succeed
- You’re polite and articulate, trustworthy, reliable and a good team player
- You are highly organised and structured when planning your day
- You are target driven and self-motivated with a consultative approach to selling
- Experience with account management and contractual sales would be an advantage
- This is a role for someone who enjoys outbound telesales, building great relationships, and growing accounts, and is used to closing the sale yourself rather than passing the lead on.
**In return for your commitment and expertise as a Telesales Account Manager at phs Group**:
- A guaranteed base salary of £22,360, with uncapped commission
- First year achievable OTE of £31,960 based on what new starters have achieved, with realistic OTE in second year of £35,887
