**Role**: Remote Recruitment Consultant

**Package**: £21,000 - £23,000 Basic for Trainees, flexible for experience + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

**Location**:South Manchester (Work Remotely)

This agency has been dominating their market for the past 15 years and boasts a £50 million turnover and work with 50% of all major clients. All the leadership team started at Graduate level and 35% of the team have been promoted in the last 12 months. **The Role**
- Telephoning/meeting businesses, looking to develop professional relationships
- Autonomy over your own projects, with the mentorship from Managers
- Negotiating new business contracts
- Closing business deals

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2:1 degree from a Top University or 2 Years sales experience
- Confident and outgoing
- Ambitious individuals looking to progress quickly
