**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
- Creating detailed project proposals and estimates for bathroom and kitchen renovations and accessibility improvements.
- Designing innovative and practical interior spaces that balance aesthetics with functionality.
- Utilizing 2D and 3D design software to present design concepts to clients.
- Selecting materials, fixtures, and finishes that align with project goals and budgets.
- Collaborating with the construction team to ensure the successful execution of your designs.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and accessible design principles.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and records.
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of cost control principles and techniques
- Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and other construction documents
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £36,400.00-£40,144.00 per year
