**Job Summary**

The Pyewipe in Lincoln is looking for a Handy Man / Gardener to join our existing maintenance staff and assist in the maintenance of the grounds and carry out repairs

**Must have previous experience**
- Painting and decorating
- Landscape gardening
- Building and maintenance
- Own Transport is essential

Self employed also available

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Will be responsible for maintaining the building and grounds and may be required to travel to other sites

Previous experience in the building trade an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: £9.50-£12.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Facilities maintenance: 6 years (preferred)
