Working part time as part of our wonderful Reception/ Patient Advisor team in a busy medical practice

Your main duties will be manning our busy switchboard (booking appointments, signposting patients, dealing with requests for assistance from patients, GPs and other medical staff)

Full training will be given. You will have good written and communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills; an unflappable nature and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience of the NHS and/or customer service would be a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
