**Title**

Supporting role in managing development of client relationships to achieve profitable sales and distribution of our clients’ products within the UK.

Retail / FMCG experience (preferred but not essential)

Good standard of maths and English

£25,000 - £27,000 per year

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Work closely with Windfall Brands Senior Client manager to develop and deliver client/brand growth strategies
- Achieve key business objectives as agreed with line manager and clients
- Prepare and lead client update meetings, with varying frequencies
- Manage and be the lead contact for multiple clients:

- Manage and report on annual trade promotional budgets
- Provide clients with sales analysis
- Achieve and maintain company administrative standards
- Carry out any other reasonable task or tasks in connection with the job function, as requested by line manager
- Closely work with Windfall Brands customer business management team to update and provide them with:

- The data needed for effective sales gap analysis and range review recommendations
- Relevant trade presentations and sales aids
- Category solutions (planogram recommendations / POS)
- Insights on monthly data
- Liaise with Customer Business Managers and manage the input to ensure an accurate rolling 12-month sales forecast

**Professional Competencies**

**Career Experience**
- Minimum 2 years sales / account manager experience or 1 year client management role
- Experience of working with clients ideally within sales, trade marketing or category management (preferred but not essential)
- Experience and understanding of grocery trade sectors (major multiples, convenience, high street retail, value retail, cash & carry, quick commerce etc.) Preferred but not essential
- Understanding data: read/manipulate data
- A good standard of education including maths and English

**About You**
- Meetings with colleagues and clients will take place via phone, virtual video and in person; confidence and an approachable manner are key communication strengths
- The ability to problem solve, rationally and quickly
- Organizational skills are imperative as you will juggle many brands within different categories
- Having initiative, ability to work autonomously to manage your own responsibilities
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Word/Excel and PowerPoint are essential

Windfall Brands will help you to develop skills in the following areas:

- Use PowerPoint to an intermediate level to create and adapt impactful presentations for trade and client reviews
- A basic understanding of the key financial measures that drive effective performance, including ROI calculations, promotional evaluation, return on capital employed and sales modelling, Windfall Brands will develop your commercial acumen
- Understanding of the core principles of category management and the ability to utilize these in client recommendations and proposals.
