**HireGiant Ltd** **are looking for a Office Co-Ordinator / Sales Administrator **to assist their reputable client in Nottingham.

**The Office Co-Ordinator will be responsible for**:
Undertaking some Inbound Sales & Administrative duties, including word processing, typing, filing, liaising with delivery drivers, customers and associated office routines in direct support of the transport team.

The client will offer a permanent role to the worker that meets their working standard.

**The Office Co-Ordinator will require**:

- Answer incoming calls/forwarding on to correct person within company.
- Set new accounts up for customers
- Chase up customer deliveries with Freight/post.
- Raise refund/credit note requests.
- Create new parts/products on opera - book them into stock once received.
- Order stationery for office
- Reset customer passwords when they cannot log into webshop/enter ip address so they can enter site. (503 overload)
- Process card payments via PDQ machine.
- Advise customers of next delivery/when to expect stock back in if out of stock.
- Process customer parcels when needed in dispatch/do end of day etc.
- Check and order toners for printer.
- Pick starter kits for machines and book out to customer.
- Processing orders to Northern/Southern Ireland with relevant details e.g., new commodity codes/vat no etc.


**Hours & Pay**:
This will run Monday to Friday

08:30 til 17:00

**The pay for this role will be**:
£22,000 - £23,000 per year
