To be considered for this role, you should have previous experience in a similar role or as a Senior Carer/Team Leader, ready to take the next step in your career.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Managing and supporting staff to ensure they can perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability.
- supporting the manager to run the workplace according to standards and legislation.
- Developing care plans that outline what care and support individuals need.
- Leading team meetings and doing inductions, supervisions and appraisals.
- Ensuring compliance of service users files including auditing and documentation.
- Liaising with new employee, before start date, and giving comprehensive induction.
- Building meaningful relationships with service users and families.
- Ensuring relevant compliance procedures are adhered to.
- Observation of the CM2000 system managing your geographical area.
- Following of accident/incident reporting procedures in a timely manner.
- Carrying out service user reviews on an annual basis.
- Responsible for carrying out service user quality assurance visits.
- Participate in on call rota as required therefore flexibility is required.
- Liaise with external partner agencies and statutory bodies as required.

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- providing care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required)
