**YOU MUST HAVE Proven experience in business analysis, particularly within the industrial, warehousing or logistics sector - ability to grow a desk and maintain accounts (no cold calling).**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients, mainly within their temporary workforce solutions.

**Duties**:

- Grow existing client accounts
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational processes and increase overall performance
- Provide guidance on best practices and industry standards to optimise industrial operations

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in business analysis, particularly within the industrial, warehousing or logistics sector
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
