- Maintain records within Microsoft CRM system.
- Monitor and report on customer portals.
- Support local team with administration of maintenance contracts.
- Support the local sales team on tenders for new and renegotiated contracts

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have strong administration skills, ideally from a construction or service industry environment
- Have good planning, problem solving and communication skills
