Weighbridge Operator

Peace Recruitment are working with a busy and growing aggregate company in the Livingston area who are looking to add a Weighbridge Operator to their team.

We have the option of a contract or permanent position with the promise of long term work and consistent hours. A competitive hourly rate with company benefits along with a safe working environment alongside an experienced, hardworking team.

Previous experience is advantageous but not essential. Ideally you will have some experience in the aggregate or waste management/recycling industry.

Please check the duties below:

- Operate the weighbridge system to accurately record and track incoming and outgoing shipments
- Collect and verify necessary documentation for each transaction
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and generate reports as needed
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal staff to facilitate smooth operations
- Perform general administrative tasks as required, such as data entry, filing, and record keeping

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Permanent, Full-time
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to £12.50 per hour
