Prescription Clerk

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Prescription Clerk to join our existing administration team within our friendly and high achieving practice.
The prescription clerks provide support to our clinicians in the management of prescription requests and work very closely with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians as well as administrative teams.
You will be the main point of contact with regards to prescription queries from patients, community pharmacies and nursing / residential home and therefore an excellent telephone manner and good communication skills are key for this role.
You will need to have good organisational and IT skills, be able to work well as part of a team, have good attention to detail, problem solving skills and have excellent prioritisation skills as well as being able to work well under pressure.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
