**Job Summary**
KIA PRODUCT GENIUS
**FULL UK DRIVERS LICENSE IS ESSENTIAL**
With your passion for new products, technology and customer service you will play a key role within our Loughborough Kia dealership, becoming recognised as an expert who is proud to wear their KIA Genius uniform. You will enhance the customer experience by sharing your knowledge of KIA and products with potential owners, supporting the buying process. You will work effectively with the rest of the Dealership Team, bringing skills and knowledge that will inspire customers, build commitment and loyalty and ultimately increase sales.
**As a KIA Genius you will**:
- Provide an engaging, warm first point of contact for customers by meeting and greeting every customer, whether that’s in the showroom or when responding to digital enquiries or telephone calls
- Be eager to learn and to share your knowledge with customers, using available resources and your own initiative to grow an understanding of KIA products and technologies as well as developments across the automotive industry
- Listen to customers to understand their needs, questions and aspirations, creating a non-pressurised, non-threatening sales environment
- Promote the KIA brand, products and technologies, sharing information, features and benefits in a friendly, understandable way
- Complete product presentations, test-drives and vehicle handovers, enhancing the customer experience at every point of contact
- Embrace the latest technology available, including tablets and video, to help customers through the car buying process
- Support off-site events, acting as an ambassador for your Dealership and for the KIA Brand
- Work with others within the Dealership Team to build effective relationships and specifically transferring customers to and from the Sales team
- Engage and manage Social media content
- Conduct walk around videos to promote the Kia range
- Collecting and delivering cars when needed
- Answering phones
- Supporting the After sales team by showing customers how features work
- Plus other exciting duties
**Knowledge, Experience & Qualification**
- Proven customer service skills, most likely in a retail environment
- Passion for technology, with an interest in gadgets and IT and a good understanding of websites, smart phones, Microsoft Office and Apple and Android technology
- A full UK driver’s license is essential
**Working hours applicable to this role over a 5 Day working Week are**:
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm with an hour for lunch
Saturdays on a rota bases 8.30am - 5.00pm with an hour for lunch,
When working a saturday a day off in the week is provided. This can be discussed at interview.
SUNDAYS - Closed
