An opportunity has become available for a dynamic, self-motivated and organised individual to join our Fire Safety team, as an Administrator.

The role includes all standard administrative tasks such as basic data entry, minute taking, managing calendars and other admin related daily workflows, but also includes interesting work generated by the organisations' annual fire risk assessments, building audits, training, and simulated evacuation programmes, etc.

You will need to be highly organised, with excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a busy office environment. You must have a positive approach to change and demonstrate willingness to learn new skills and knowledge, in relation to fire safety. You must be flexible in response to ever changing and evolving service needs.

Main duties of the job

You will be responsible for supporting the effective and timely delivery and administration within Fire Safety Team.

To manage a diverse workload, effectively ensuring the Fire Safety Team Administration runs smoothly andefficiently to agreed processes, protocols, policies and standards.

To work in a professional manner ensuring a qualitative and comprehensive service is delivered that meets the expectations of the Director of Capital, Estates & Facilities Management.
