**DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO**:

- Planning events, scheduling appointments, and organising diary entries
- Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes, and subsequently distributing to all participants
- Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as clients and press
- Preparing expense reports and maintaining a filing system

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:

- Experience in a Senior Administration or PA position
- Ability to manage workload
- Great attention to detail
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with mínimal supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Impeccable written and oral communication skills
