**The Vacancy**

**Here at NCHA we have a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join our friendly and supportive Your Home team as a Tenancy Changes Assistant.**

**Have you got experience of working in social housing or a lettings environment? Are you enthusiastic about people and improving lives of others? We want to hear from you**

The Your Home Team are responsible for allocations and lettings for all of our empty homes across 32 Local Authority areas as well as our garages and allotments. We re-let our properties through choice based lettings systems, by direct nominations and advertising on Rightmove. We also manage the Mutual Exchange, tenancy Changes and successions processes. No 2 days are ever the same and there is lots of variety within the roles in our Team.

**About you**:
35 hours per week Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with flexitime working.

**Interviews will take place at our office in Mountsorrel**
