**Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (SEN) Secondary School**

**Location: West London, Isleworth**

**Salary: Between £87 - £100 Per Day**

**Contract: Full Time**

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Reed Education is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team and support the learning and development ofstudents with SEN.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other education professionals to provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN. You will help to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment thatenables all students to achieve their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN
Assist with the planning and delivery of learning activities and lessons
Monitor and record the progress of students with SEN
Provide pastoral support to students, including emotional and behavioural support
Liaise with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to ensure the needs of students with SEN are being met
Support students with physical disabilities and assistive technology

**Requirements**:
Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting
Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by children with SEN
Ability to build strong relationships with children and adults
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 3, NCFE Level 2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent)
