The Domestic Sales Manager is responsible for driving the business growth forward, setting objectives to achieve business results, performing cost-benefit analyses and monitoring KPIs. The role requires leadership capabilities to uphold the values of theorganization, operating with integrity, leading by example and ensuring employees are aligned with the vision and mission of the organisation.

**Description**

**The successful Domestic Sales Manager will be responsible for (but not limited to)**:

- Ensuring the correct receipt and processing of incoming enquiries, uploading information into the project management system (Odoo) in parallel with our current processes.
- Undertaking site visits to assess property suitability for the preferred technology and managing customer expectations.
- Progressing accepted enquiries with the preparation and issuing of an outline system specification and budget quotation, i.e., a "Flinch Test"
- Ensuring all enquiries are processed in line with KPIs, providing reports to the Regional Manager.
- Recruiting, training, and supporting employees, conducting regular 121s and performance reviews.
- Providing a safe and healthy working environment for employees, ensuring compliance with organisation health and safety policies in accordance with current legislation.

**Profile**

**The successful Domestic Sales Manager will be able to demonstrate**:
Essential Experience
- 5 O Levels/GSCEs
- Notable management and leadership experience

Desirable Experience
- Degree in business administration, management, or similar field
- Experience of the renewables energy industry

Technical Skills
- Computer literate in MS Office suite and online interactive specification portals.
- Account Management & planning
- Business Development
- Revenue and Profitability Management
- Strategic Sales Planning
- Full?clean UK driving licence.
