Production Operator

Due to increased production demand we are looking to temporarily expand our fabulous production team. Working as part of a busy team within our Plastic Injection Moulding factory, the role will include;
Visual inspection of product, liaising with the Quality Team to report any quality concerns at the earliest opportunity and completion of quality documents as required
Packing of finished goods in accordance with instructions to ensure products are presented free from contamination and as per customer requirements
Completion of 'at machine' operations to meet production requirements
Flexible approach to allow utilisation across all production based duties and switching of tasks during a shift
Maintain high standards of housekeeping ensuring working areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
Applicants for this role will have the ability to work to instruction, high levels of dexterity, an eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
This position is for a fixed term of three months with potential to extend depending on demand, the role is available for immediate start.
Hours of work are 15:00 - 01:00 Monday to Thursday
Some flexibility may be required at times to assist with cover for annual leave and sickness absence on our day shift.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £14.43 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
