**Senior Administration Assistant**

Location: St Matthew’s Catholic Primary School, Highfield Lane, Prudhoe NE42 6EY

Grade: Grade F, SCP 14-19 (£25,409 - £27,852 per annum) pro rata

Hours: 37 hours per week, Permanent, Term Time Only plus 10 days

St. Matthew’s is a smaller than average primary school serving the parish of Our Lady and St. Cuthbert’s and the wider community of Prudhoe.

We are looking to appoint an outstanding Senior Administration Assistant to work in partnership with the School Business Manager to provide efficient, effective and accurate administrative support.

We are seeking an individual who is an experienced administrator and ideally will have worked in a school setting.
- Excellent ICT skills, including a good knowledge of both Microsoft and Google packages, along with the ability to pick up new software systems quickly
- The ability to capture, store and accurately retrieve information
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good organisation skills and a flexible approach to work
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience of Schools information Management Systems (Bromcom) would be advantageous
