You will be working within the Sales teamand will have full Training & Development. **The Role**:
Trainee Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator

**On Offer**:

- Basic salary £18,000
- OTE approximately £35,000

**Duties for a Trainee Estate Agent**:

- Learning the Estate Agency / Property Field and learning Sales regulations
- Training on how to be an effective Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent
- Negotiating with Tenants and Landlords
- Viewing prospective properties with Tenants
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing excellent Customer Service for all Sales
- Keeping all administration relating to Clients and Sales up to date
- Managing relationships throughout the Sales process
- Becoming an established knowledgeable Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator)

**The ideal Estate Agent**:

- Passionate about moving into or continuing a career as an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator
- Previous Property, Estate Agency, Sales or Customer Service experience would be ideal
- Confidence in your ability to sell
- Driving licence and access to your own Car
- Preferably living in or local to Milton Keynes
