Quality Inspector

SGA Technologies has been designing and manufacturing high quality hermetic components and offering specialist plating services in the UK since 1969.

We are looking for a trainee Quality Inspector who will inspect and test Glass to Metal Seals.

**Hours of work**

We are looking for a full-time trainee Inspector to work 40 hours a week Monday-Friday.

**Main Duties**
- Inspect components using a microscope to check for defects.
- Scanning for all Operations carried out on SFDC in accordance with SFDC guidelines.
- Carry out measuring components using various equipment
- Carry out testing on components to include electrical and leak testing using equipment.

**Experience/Skills**
- No previous experience required; full training will be given.
- Must be able to work as a part of a team.
- Must be able to work on own initiative.
- Able to work with computers.


**Salary**: From £11.45 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 39 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
