As a Security Coordinator you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

**A typical day in the life as a Security Coordinator**:

- Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining careful attention to detail.
- Partner closely with the Security Management team and manage workflows.
- Track the lifecycle of projects within the Security team.
- Monitor and maintain change management on all Site documentation.
- Liaise frequently with internal teams to escalate identified risks
- **What are we looking for?**
We are looking for people who are passionate about helping others and keeping those around you both safe and secure.
- 2+ years experience with administrational coordination.
- Demonstrable experience in Timegate administration. Solid understanding of client relations and stakeholder management.
- Ability to create high level reporting and presentations would be advantageous.
- Displays high levels of accuracy, diligence and integrity.
- Professional fluency in English
- Ability to understand, summarise and present large amounts of information
