Job Introduction
We are currently seeking a talented and passionate **Supervisor/Team Leader/Shift Lead** for our Greggs store located at the **University of the West of England**. As a part of the Greggs team, you will oversee all daily operations of the store, ensuring that we deliver the highest possible standards of customer service and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of store operations
- Lead a team to deliver excellent customer service and product quality
- Manage inventory, stock levels and ordering of supplies
- Ensure all health and safety and food hygiene regulations are adhered to
- Cash handling and financial reconciliation
- Provide training and coaching to team members as required

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Proven experience in a fast-paced retail or similar environment
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
