My client is looking for a **Chef de Partie** to join their busy kitchen brigade at a popular Restaurant in **Truro.**

You will also;
Enjoy a challenge and be eager to learn new skills
Enjoy being a key part to a dynamic team
Be expected to assist with consistent and high level running of the kitchen whilst remaining calm under pressure, covering Head Chef duties regularly.
Be enthusiastic, passionate and professional

**Full time permanent** role working 5 days out of 7 however flexibility within the role is desired.
**IMMEDIATE START**

Annual salary between **£26,000 - £28,000** depending on experience plus service charge approx £3000 per year
