Job Title: Healthcare Assistant
Job Summary:
We know well-supported people support people well. Our employees enable people to transform their own lives, make choices about how they want to live, and take part in community life.
It’s challenging work. While most of the people we support have autism or learning disability, many have multiple or complex needs, and sometimes challenging behavior. These behaviors often stem from frustration or anxiety, sometimes from the way they have been supported in the past.
We’re privileged to have been supporting some people for more than 31 years and proud of the staff who make it all happen. Our strong working culture is shaped by the people who work for us and reflected in our vision and values.
From the moment you join us, you’ll get all the support you need.
Whether you are thinking of becoming one of our amazing healthcare assistant, we want everyone who comes to work for St Leonards Place to feel connected to our mission and values.
St Leonards is a community where people smile, laugh, grow, and achieve great things.
