**Warehouse Manager (Nights)**

**Upto £45k + Excellent Benefits**

**Monmouthshire**

Our client is a leading FMCG Distributor who are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to manage the night shift at their site in Chepstow, Monmouthshire on a predominantly Monday to Friday basis (42.5hour week).

Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing and developing the busy operations teams across the night shift in the multi-temp Warehouse.
- You will be capable of leading, coaching and developing your team (c50FTEs) to manage a number of KPI’s.
- Manage Health and Safety on site
- Ensure all training and development needs are met
- From a FMCG background with excellent People Management skills; able to engage, motivate and achieve results
- Excellent Communicator with previous Warehouse Management experience
- Having the ability to clearly identify and prioritise workloads is essential ensuring that all tasks are completed safety and to standard within the required timescales
