**Recruitment Advisor**

**£25,000 - £30,000 + £4,200pa car allowance**

**Gloucester**

Our client is an established business, that support end-user organisations, by providing exceptional customer service.

They are seeking a Recruitment Advisor, to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Recruitment Advisor will need to have InHouse recruitment experience, and be an enthusiastic individual.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and update job descriptions and person specifications
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support the onboarding process & run new starter HR inductions
- Assist with the development of social media and website presence to support recruitment and the employee value proposition

**Skills/ Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar Inhouse Recruiter role
- Experience supporting, coaching and directing Hiring Managers in the recruitment process
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic and proactive
- Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook, and video platforms such as Teams/Zoom
