**An opportunity to join our team as an Estate Agent Apprentice**
- An excellent opportunity to start a career, complete an Estate Agent Apprenticeship and progress within a busy local Estate Agency

**Future Prospects**
- The intention will be for the applicant to continue working for our company after the apprenticeship is finished on a full time contract.
- Starting salary circa £17,000+, plus unlimited commission
- We would look to continue the applicant to further obtain recognised professional qualifications within the industry.

**The Company**
- Estate agency with residential sales and lettings departments
- The Folkestone office is an independently owned franchise branch forming part of the LSL group.
- Centrally located office within easy walking distance to bus station and Folkestone Central train station
- On street parking is available in and around the office.
- Prominent ground floor office in busy retail shopping area
- A busy office in a customer facing open plan office working with a friendly team.

**Your role**

Responsibilities include:

- To liaise with our vendors and applicants
- Generate, book and carry out property viewings

**Personal qualities**

- Team player

**Desired qualifications**
- **Full driving license essential**:

- Apprentices are required to have GCSE grades A*-C/9-4 in maths & English

**Training to be provided**
- **On the job training along with the Level 2 Junior Estate Agency Apprenticeship**

**This Apprenticeship will involve**:

- Off the job training
- You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours
- You need to have an employer to support your Apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role
- The typical length of this Apprenticeship course is 12 months
- This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
