Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week - Between 8am & 6pm, Shift 1 - 8am - 4.30pm, Shift two 9.30am - 6pm (mixture of both)

We are currently recruiting for Claims Handlers for our client based in Huntingdon who pride themselves on being market leaders in their field. We are looking for a claims handler to help provide support to customers with their claims. This is a busy role in which you will be responsible for your own case-load of customers, enabling you to build relationships and deliver the highest standards of customer service and administrative support.
The role would suit individuals from customer service or administration roles - looking to progress their careers within a supportive, team focussed company where full training and support will be given.
Skills Required:
- Confident telephone manner
- A helpful positive attitude
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Previous call centre experience is desirable however not essential
- Ability to deal with customers in a professional manner
- IT skills updating the database with relevant claims
Main Duties:
- Answering inbound calls from customers dealing with the full process of their claims
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Handling telephone enquiries and reviewing claims.
- Producing and maintaining diaries for clients and insurers.
- Updating and maintaining the database with all customer and claims information
