Receptionist

Our client local to Uxbridge are looking to recruit a Receptionist to support customers and visitors, ensuring their business needs are met.
This is an extremely varied and you will be expected to handle multiple tasks.
- Day-to-day front of house duties
- Reception duties in and efficient, professional and courteous manner, answer switchboard, log information on calls received, where required and maintain detailed and accurate records.
- File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned and for other departments as needed.
- Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers/suppliers/visitors/enquirers and relevant staff.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and the general public.
- Prepare meeting rooms and service of refreshments.
- Keep the reception and all common areas/rooms clean and tidy at all times.
- Uses reasonable discretion with customers with input from ACSM/CSM.
- Ensure all Health & Safety elements are managed as directed by the CSM/ACSM.
- Handle Direct Debit processing, Petty Cash reconciliation and check delivery notes against supplier invoices and match with Purchase Order (with relevant coding ready for approval).
- Participate in tours and become fully aware of products and services.
- Set up client connectivity, handsets and handle customer queries.
You will need to have previous Reception/Customer Service experience with strong systems and computer skills.
Working hours are fully office based Monday to Friday working 8.00am - 5.00pm or 9.00am - 6.00pm.
