**About the role**

We have a new opportunity for a clinical care advisor to help our growing private psychiatry clinic. We are a close-knit team in a start-up business and seeking an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Tasks include**:

- Scheduling appointments and maintaining booking system
- Maintaining patient records with up-to-date and accurate information
- Liaising with schools and GP practices
- Sending and filing information for patients i.e. screening questionnaires
- Secretary for designated consultants/clinicians

**Skills and Qualities Required**:

- Exceptional telephone skills
- Exceptional communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain a strong relationship with patients
- Personable and friendly attitude
- Previous experience in Microsoft programmes i.e. Word, Excel
- Good levels of literacy and numeracy
- Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- High levels of organisation
- Ability to ask questions and learn quickly on the job
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Willing to use your own initiative
- Medical/psychology knowledge would be helpful

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
