Location: Stoke on Trent

Hourly Rate: £37 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement, actively seeking better ways of working and contributing to innovative ideas and suggestions.

Provide proactive support with a can-do attitude, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.

Register or be in the process of registering with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Possess a detailed understanding of Adults Safeguarding principles and best practices.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of key legislation and guidance underpinning work with adults.

Utilize your recognized Social Work Qualification to effectively address the needs of patients.

Exhibit excellent verbal, written communication, and analytical skills.

Practice in accordance with HCPC standards at all times, ensuring professional integrity and ethical conduct.

**Requirements**:
Qualified Social Work Qualification.

Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or in the process of registration.

Detailed understanding of Adults Safeguarding principles and best practices.

Familiarity with key legislation and guidance relevant to adult social work.

Excellent verbal, written communication, and analytical skills.

Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
