Driver/labourer

Picking up pre ordered materials from the nominated supplier.
- Quality checking materials prior to loading on vehicle and ensuring order is correct
- Plan delivery route and ensuring materials are on site ready for the start of the works
- Drop off and pick up equipment from branch to site, ensuring equipment has been PAT tested and operationally checked before deployment
- Pick up hire equipment from nominated hire company, check hire documents and return upon request
- Pick up excess materials from site and return to branch
- Pick up waste from sites and return to branch and log against waste register
- Carry out stock takes upon request
- Provide on site support with stripping out of building materials and also any other request from the trades/techs on site.
- General housekeeping of sites and branches at all times
- Ensure that Quality, Management, and Health & Safety procedures are both understood and fully implemented. Advising insured’s, where applicable, of the operation and safety of all plant and equipment including the provision of safety data sheets when necessary.
- Travel anywhere in the UK to deliver projects
- Attend tool box talks when requested.
- Attend training courses when provided by BELFOR UK or any other external provider.
- Understand and implement the use of new procedures and materials.
- Ensure responsibilities specific to your role as detailed within BKH L006 Health Safety and Environment Policy are complied with
- Any other reasonable management request

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Glasgow, Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
