**ADMIN, SALES AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT**

We are a fast-growing distributor of European furniture products (storage & accessories) and we are looking for a new member to join our team. Ideally you will have general office experience, be enthusiastic and eager to learn about the stylish and innovative commercial interiors market.

Salary From: £22,000 to 26,000 (dependant on experience)

Hours: 40 hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30

Location: EC1V

We are an exclusive distributor for design-led European manufacturers of cabinetry, lockers, storage solution and auxiliary products, providing innovation, style, quality and performance whilst optimising space. Our head office is based in our beautiful Clerkenwell showroom.
We are a small team who believe in training and development, customer satisfaction and having fun in a fast-paced environment.

The role:
You will learn about our stylish product offering, including our bespoke product capabilities.
You will be expected to work independently and within a team.

**Operations admin**:

- Liaising with suppliers for shipping and installation quotes.
- Checking supplier POs against Sales Acknowledgement
- Collecting and checking Order Confirmation with your manager.
- Enter the shipment and installation planning, and organise the delivery and installation of the products.

**Account support**:

- Day to day tasks, including processing supplier invoices, creating and updating relevant cost sheets.

**Sales support**:

- You will learn sales quotation, to occasionally help the sales team when needed.

**Training**:

- You will receive extensive service and product training
- You will learn about suppliers, competitors, customers and affiliated sectors
- Software training will be provided for: pCon, CAD, Revit design packages
- You will have support to progress into specialist areas within our organisation
- If desired, you will have support to gain formal qualifications connected with your job role

Your skills:

- Organised and logical approach to workload
- Good communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Effective problem-solving skills

We are ideally looking for someone who has previously worked in office administrations, but it’s all about the right fit, and a customer service ethos. Are you that right person?
