We are recruiting a part-time Kitchen Assistant to join our team in our busy restaurant. This person will play an invaluable role in our team in making our restaurant a success by maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen and supporting the Chef.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting the Chef with food preparation
- Dishwashing
- ensuring all crockery and equipment is cleaned and stored away
- General cleaning to ensure all work surfaces are kept clean and tidy
- Deep cleaning all areas of the kitchen
- Organising the storeroom
- The preparation of light bites

**Requirements**:

- A fast learner with an interest in kitchen work
- Exceptional organisational skills
- The ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment
- The ability to work well in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to use your initiative

Please note, only those with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a kitchen environment will be considered for this role.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Permanent

Pay: £9.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
