Our client in Heywood is looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor now for a permanent role position based out of their distribution site

**The work will involve**:

- Supervising the Warehouse Staff including pickers, handballers and FLT Drivers
- Liaising with Transport, Returns and Stock teams to maintain inventory and ensure smooth operations
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees
- Determine staffing levels and assign work load daily
- Hands on role when needed

**Working Times and Pay**:

- 08:30-18:00
- Monday to Friday
- 42.5 hours per week
- £26,500 per annum reviewed after a probationary period
- 23 Days Annual leave plus bank holidays

**Skills/Qualifications Needed**:

- Good Leadership skills and Techniques
- Knowledge of WMS
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
- Hands on commitments to getting the job done and hitting deadlines
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations in fast paced environment
- FLT Licences

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: From £26,500.00 per year
