I'm hiring for a Buying Manager in a market-leading fresh produce company.
Responsible for the Procurement activities of produce categories. Managing the global end-to-end Supply Chain process - from grower/supplier through to the end customer, including negotiations, benchmarking, tendering, and NPD.
What the role involves:

- Category Procurement lead on key raw materials
- Grower/supplier relations management
- End-to-end Supply Chain
The person we're looking for:

- Experience in a Procurement position
- Fresh/food background
- Wants to develop, is ambitious, keen to progress (essential)

**Salary**:

- £35,000 to £55,000 per annum depending on experience
Working setup:

- Based in the Cambridgeshire area
- 4 days office / 1 day home
