**Position**: Production Scheduler

**Location**: Wem

Ceetek Chemicals Ltd is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as Production Scheduler. The Production Scheduler is responsible for all aspects of the scheduling and production within our manufacturing unit, including production orders, production schedules, and production reports. This position reports to the Production Manager.

**Essential Functions**:

- Manage all aspects of the production of our cleaning products, including order status, stock levels, and requisitions.
- Schedule and produce internal documentation to enable production meeting deadlines.
- Monitor inventory levels and order status.
- Review and reconcile order records with inventory and production reports.
- Ensure that all raw materials are in stock and available for production.
- Maintain a high level of quality in all work performed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail-oriented accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Production Scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
- Production Management: 1 year (preferred)
