Helping to prepare the venue for guests including pre-event checks and familiarisation with onsite facilities to be ready for questions from members of the public
- Meeting and greeting customers and providing general directions and assistance with queries
- Ticket checking, car park marshalling, and hospitality
- Monitoring crowds for any signs of overcrowding and difficulties in busy areas
- Reporting any security/safety concerns to your Supervisor or Event Control
- Responding to emergencies - raising the alarm, providing appropriate immediate help and assisting the emergency services as required
- Dealing with customer complaints

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 12 - 48 per week

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

All staff are required to work within current Covid guidelines
