As Administrator your role will be to ensure that trucks for external sale and rental contracts are costed and processed on a timely and accurate basis, to enable effective business decisions to be made.
**Duties**:
- Track and monitor sales packs received by the VSB department; ensure that paper records are stored and shared electronically on a timely basis
- Analyse costings prepared by the sales team using the company standard protocol for authorisation
- Raise and resolve queries directly with the sales team, senior management, operations and VSB team
- Enter data into the system ensuring that all costings are correct and invoices are raised on a timely basis
- Raise purchase orders
- Set up, maintain and cancel rental contracts
- Provide CRM record maintenance cover for service depots
- Provide cover for other VSB team members as and when required
- Provide ad-hoc business information and reports relating to truck sales, costings and valuations as required
- Perform any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time within the scope of your knowledge, skills and ability
Working hours are 37.5, either 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Holidays - 25 days holiday plus bank holiday
Salary - £21,000 - 28,000
