**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting with the preparation and cooking of meals
- Ensuring the kitchen and associated areas meet operational hygiene standards and comply with the company's policies and procedures
- Undertake general kitchen duties, including putting away deliveries, cleaning and washing up.

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- A good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety in the workplace
- Relevant Catering Qualification
- Basic Food Hygiene Level 2
