**REPORTS TO**:Registered Branch Manager

**LOCATION**: Norwich & Surrounding Area

**SALARY**: £19,000-£21,000

Better Healthcare Services are looking for a field care supervisor to join our growing Norwich team.

The role of a Field Care Supervisor is to support a team of care staff to provide a skilled and sensitive service, which empowers day-to-day personal assistance and physical care, social and / or emotional needs of the service user.

You will also observe, monitor and report any areas of concern to the Registered Manager. As well as arrange care plans and monthly 1-2-1’s with your team.

**Qualifications**

**Essential Desirable**

Willing to work towards NVQ3 NVQ3 qualified

Hold a UK driving licence

Access to own vehicle

**Experience**
- Understanding of Domiciliary care service provision, including up to date knowledge of all relevant legislation and regulations
- Understanding of Regulatory Body functions and requirements
- Experience in providing team support and Supervision in health and social care settings
- Experience and training in Care planning and Risk assessment
- Working knowledge of using Call Monitoring systems
- IT skills and general office administrative duties within health and social care
- Commitment to ongoing training requirements
- Demonstrate effective and supportive communication skills
- A commitment to working flexibly according to the changing needs of the service, including On-call duties to include taking out of hours calls from the On-call Team should the need arise and provide assistance for cover of Service users.
